Bericht Troy Davis Capmagne

TROY DAVIS WAS GRANTED A STAY OF EXECUTION FROM THE 11TH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS TODAY (10/24/08)! His lawyers have 25 days to ask for permission to file a 2nd habeas petition. This voids the execution warrant that was in place. Troy is safe for now!
